  Impressive bank! In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis this bank stepped up and made SBA loans available to local businesses that weren’t even their clients. Talk about strengthening the community and our state! Roger Shumway and his team deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you!

  I was just in this bank , the teller “Justice “ was helping me . An older man in a suit , talks over me to ask if the printer behind the counter prints from a certain computer. He was rude as can be . Honestly, he was inconsiderate to me , being a patron as well as to the teller . I wish I had gotten the white haired mans name!! I will be closing my account ! I have been a customer for a decade or more. I’m done!

  Buy Local, Bank Local. Best Full Service Community Bank for business and personal banking in the valley. Great service, smart people. There is no reason a local small business should bank with a "big box" bank.

  I thought it was odd that they made me wear a mask but 5/6 employees were unmasked. Also they didn't check ID on the safe deposit box which makes me nervous.
