  Overall great experience , issues if any were promptly addressed by Sales office - Justin, Kasandra and Abe were awesome. After we moved in , Logan in the Warranty team was super helpful and always proactive in getting issues fixed. Glad to be part of this wonderful team.

  First Texas, Justin & Landon did a wonderful job for my Keller Williams clients. My clients were able to customize their home to exactly how they wanted. There was one issue during construction with the plans, but the company certainly made it right in the end. They worked with my client in many ways to make it a pleasant experience and closing. I will bring other clients over to the community. Great customer service and product.

  We recently moved into our home and love everything about "our" creation. Justin was very patient and happy to help us build a semi custom house. We had extensive modifications that required Justin, Clark, and I to work very closely over the last year. If I was not happy with something, then it was fixed. If I wanted something changed, then we discussed the process and cost to make that change. There were no hidden cost or unexpected surprises. I believe that our build went so well because we communicated, "supervised", and documented everything. Everyone we worked with at FTH also communicated and documented everything. Construction is a process and not for the faint of heart. There were speed bumps but overall I feel that our construction process went very well. This was our second build with FTH and I am happy that we chose to use them again. Justin went above and beyond to make our house just the way we had envisioned.

  Usually builders are in business to build homes not to keep earnest money, but First Texas may be one of those few builders that will keep you earnest money no matter what have changed in your situation. I saw a couple they lost their job and lost there status, they were down to there last premiers of saving and the poor lady was crying in their office but first Texas did not consider situation. Same with me, I had a big price shock and could not close the house. The builder contract are so anti buyers that even structural dissatisfaction does not get your earnest money back. When I talked to them they were so happy me backing off cause they had other buyers in line but they refused to return earnest money. So I will suggest to think it through real hard before you go in contract with them. Situation can change and you will loss your money.

  Good houses, but not enough amenites, in other neighborhoods they have a fitness center(Gym), no where to play sport, my son has to go to the light farms court because there was none here. Please do something!!

  They don’t use good quality stuff and it gets hard to get an answer from them when u report an issue.
