  Worst experience ever. Nobody works there and when you find a person, they just tell you to go to an ATM machine because no one is working. They don’t try to help you or explain what’s going on and when I show concern for the long line, they tell me to go to the drive thru which is broken but they don’t care, they just want you to go away. Money order is supposed to be deposited like cash but they want to hold it for one week before funds become available.

  Great staff and hassle free service… I always enjoy my conversations all time with employees of this bofa center as they take care of their customers so well and never loose focus from providing best services to their Customers in quick manner.

  Grace Lin helped me. She is so kind. She provides great customer service! I really like this location! I visited 2 different locations before this one and service were both terrible. The previous stores I visit made me leave without having a solution for me. Grace greeted me and helped me right away at this location! She is so efficient and genuine! I love her service and thank you!

  This is the worse office of bank of America,customer service is there to serve you and not to laugh because you dont have lots of money on your account. Service people please do not do banking with Bank of America specially in this location ,you work hard for your money and this customer services representatives will look and treat you like you are nothing.

  My wife and I had been to 6 other BOFA's . We were trying to take care of a dead family member . When we finally found this place . THEY WE'RE ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING !!! Especially Grace Lin and Shelbi Winnubst . All we needed was 1 person just to give a little bit of effort . And these 2 went way above and beyond . They will never know how truly grateful we are for them . I finally have closure on my fathers death after nearly 3 years because they were just so dang helpful on everything !! THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH !!!

  They never have tellers!!!! been there a few times and either no tellers and or they all went to break..🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

  This Bank is never open! I know there is a pandemic and things have changed but they would be randomly closed even before the pandemic. I was super excited that my bank was going to be closer to me and I just can’t rely on them to be open when I need them. I hate how they have gotten rid of all of the drive throughs as well. They have made it less convenient for their customers. I think it’s time I find a new bank.

  Every single time I call or walk into this branch the employee(s) with whom I speak are kind, polite, helpful, and will to go the extra mile to help me. Their customer service is top notch and they go out of their way to help the consumer. It is hard for me to understand any 1 star reviews for this location... all I would say is give them another try. I prefer this branch over any of the others!

  Bank of America doesn't usually have the best reputation and this location has been extremely impressive for our family. The employees make this branch. We don't really like all of the business policies and practices but for the most part they are acceptable at this time. They have taken care of everything we have needed so far!!!

  I called to ask questions about getting Canadian money for an upcoming trip. Alisha was very friendly and helpful and booked an appointment for me to come in. She was available 15 minutes early and also told me about the Travel Credit Card. I then had to talk with a teller who was also very friendly and helpful. I am glad we finally have a local BofA.
