  While I did like the townhomes I walked through the customer service provided was extremely off putting snd cold. I met some named Serena or other when walked into the kitchen of the single story model. She was extremely rude and behaved as if she did not want to be there and certainly did not want to help me. I did see her interact with other customers and her behavior while still lifeless was not as cold and unbecoming. She she really be replaced.

  When we visited the community, there was only one sales agent there and he was extremely rude and arrogant. The guy scoffed at any and all questions asked, acted like the customers were wasting his time and thought he was doing a favor by selling the home. If you are buying a home for the first time, this is definitely not commonplace behavior, we went to other communities and the sales agents there were very courteous and professional unlike here.

  Great service and explanation of a nearly full custom home offering on new builds. They were also the only builder in Mercer crossing offering free coffee during covid.
