  Kim is amazing! I am editing my review, simply because Kim has communicated the industry-wide COVID-19 delays and shortage in materials in a professional way. We have monthly and even weekly updates since we started the build process. First texas is running out of lots in this community. However, I would still recommend connecting with Kim if you are interested in building through them.

  The sales lady doesn’t really care if you buy there home or not, and as her boss told me “we have so many clients and closings everything month it doesn’t matter if you take your business elsewhere” this was a $500,000 sale they lost. The upper management is no help and they have high pricing on upgrades with minimal options, forcing you to upgrade. If you want terrible customer service, don’t I enjoy having your calls returned for days and not getting your quotes in a timely manor then the first Texas homes office in creeks of legacy is for you, but when you realize you made a mistake and call upper management don’t bother “mrs k” won’t help you and will cancel your contract against your wishes when asking for help or trying to get answers. If you do buy a home from there make sure to ASK them to explain to you the mid/pit process and how the design room and upgrade rules work. Also ask for a copy before you sign everything and make sure you aren’t being double charged, or have a $10000 media room fee on a home that comes standard with media. Your welcome, and best of luck to first homes future while they are losing $500000 contracts because of sloppy work and arrogant management.

  Kimberly the new sales person is excellent. Ignore other reviews. The builder has made management changes. You will be happy with their sales and service !

  Walked in to view model home and we were turned away. She said they were sold out. I asked if we could look at the model home anyway? She said, “no.” Wow, so rude and unprofessional.
