  If I could give Lynn's team 10 stars I would. When buying our home we wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal, so we looked at how different lenders operated and rates. Compared to the competition Lynn's team is hardworking, HONEST, and very clear with what they are needing. Honesty was a huge factor for me. It's not every day that a lender will walk you through the process and how everything works. How to get the best rate, and give you advice on what type of mortgage you should take. His team would work after hours, and Lynn would call us while we were eating dinner. He wanted to make sure it was right and we could trust him. Our family will be using them in the future if we buy another home.

  Working with Lynn and his team was amazing. The best part of working with them is easily the fact that they made The process very simple for my wife and I to complete. I originally spoke to them about refinancing to do a cash out, and after their expert consultation we ended up doing just a regular refinance the benefited me just as great and now I still have equity in my home.   We shopped around a for a few different lenders. Initially, we were looking for competitive rates and friendly people. We were pleasantly surprised when Lynn called us immediately and spent nearly an hour on the phone discussing the process, different options, and answered all questions we had. When we made an offer there were competing offers. Lynn made a point to call the seller's agent to explain our financial position, offering assurances to sellers, and helped us get our offer accepted! We learned afterwards that the sellers and sellers' agent said Lynn's extra assurances were a big factor in deciding to accept our offer. Can't say enough about how helpful Lynn and Jennifer and the rest of his team was, and would recommend them to anyone looking for home financing in the DFW area.
