They partnered with us in prayer and professionalism to find our Church Plant a miraculous piece of land on IH-35; and successfully brought it to closing.   Tia of First Texas was an amazing real estate agent! She was extremely prompt, efficient, kind, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. She helped us with all the complications that arose with our sale and was able to deal with all in a patient and caring manner.   Deanna Reese is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She exudes professionalism and always goes the extra mile to make sure that her clients are informed as much as possible. She helped me sell my home and could have doubled up on the commission when it was time to buy but instead passed me off to another agent that Deanna thought had a better knowledge of the area I was interested in. I thought that was really cool because I would have absolutely used her again and she could have probably gotten an easy commission off of it since I was on a time crunch to buy. The fact that she would rather have me paired up with an expert in the area than make some easy money really should tell you everything you need to know. If you do decide to use her, don't be afraid to ask her opinion on things. It's one of the most important times in your life whether you are buying or selling and she will make sure you make the right choices to fit your needs without being pushy about it. I wish I could give her more stars. She deserves it. A+++
