  Waited in line for 10 min line didn’t move come over to the drive thru same issues. About to cancel all accounts with this bank due to there lack of service period

  It’s sad that every time I go to use the ATM at the Belton BBVA Bank it’s either BROKEN, OUT SERVICE or EATING people’s cards. It’s always a true gamble when using this ATM. Other BBVA banks(Temple, Waco) never seem to have these issues. It seems that the other locations have newer ATM machines. It’s also not very impressive when the staff that is working in the bank let’s you know that they also wish that they had a New or Differnt ATM Machine. “The more complaints we get the better chance we have of getting a new ATM machine.” - Bank Staff

  Just opened an account and everything so far is great. Convenient atms even in H-E-B and Roxy has helped with any issues I had and Chuck was very helpful with our first deposit.

  The employees are always nice and polite and as helpful as they can be. They have helped me with various types of requests on many occasions through the years. We have banked there since before it was there since we banked there back when it was Peoples Natl. Bank.

  Ridiculous how this bank is not consistently open. Open some days, closed on others..Restaurants, Grocery stores and Wal Mart open every day... Banks...... Lobbies are closed...Drive Ins.... You never know!

  They only get two stars for the mobile deposit (which does have flaws) but they put holds... holds.... AND MORE HOLDS! You can deposit the same hundred dollar check from your grandmother every week for a year and they'll still put a 5 DAY HOLD ON IT! RUN FROM THIS BANK.... CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN!
