  Artificial Intelligence only delays and blocks my service needs. Today, I tried to transfer and just hangs up!

  I have banked with them for over 5 yrs. Have never been anything but pleased with the banking services. I don't know a out the investment side; have not used them.

  Bank is trash . Customer support is outsourced and the representative only set up call backs.That have no knowledge of the bank proccesses or a direct number to the bank . I highly recommend that you do not do any business with them at all.

I want to let you know that we do have a fully dedicated contact center that’s open from 5am to 11pm PST M-F and 7:30am to 4pm PST Saturday.   very good and excellent service by hassan. if you are working with DXC and HPE then this is the right bank to open your account.

  Worst location ever. Took me 30 mins to find it and when I finally did they didn’t take me in because I’m not a member, they close at 4 but google says 5. How I’m suppose to become a member!? Super irritating and wasted my gas. Put a sign up!!!

Our location is open until 5pm, however, the site is only accessible by calling 770.580.7409 for a representative to assist you in.
