  Awesome service! I have never worked with a loan company that is so efficient and knowledgeable. Derek and Libby are the best! Any questions I had during the process were answered quickly - usually within 5 minutes of the email being sent! I have closed on 5 properties in my lifetime and have never had such great service. They are on top of everything. My closing is 1 1/2 weeks away and everything is done! NEVER has this happened before. Usually I am scrambling a day or two before closing because something has been forgotten or left off! I would recommend Derek and Libby 100 times over! They are FANTASTIC!!!!

  Derek is awesome! We have worked with him twice now and I will never go anywhere else! He is always available to answer questions and we’ll always explalin things clearly. Very prompt with phone calls and emails, and if he can’t answer your questions he’ll find someone who can. Highly recommend him for any mortgage loan needs.

  As someone who comes from a sales/service background I know how important communication and consistency are. I called Derek based off of a suggestion of a close family friend. My first call was placed at noon and by 2PM I had my pre-qualification letter in my inbox. The entire process was made painless through constant updates and communication on Derek's part. I highly suggest him to anyone who's looking to buy for the first time.
