  This is a terrible credit union (CU). I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. When COVID-19 relief was offered to me for a personal loan to "help" me get by for a couple of months, creditors contacted me claiming I was late on payments, when a payment was in-fact made the week prior, and interest was charged at a DAILY rate for a loan that was previously charging interest monthly. Interest being charged daily was never a conditions of the loan, it was never communicated that interest would be incurred daily, and is not COVID-19 relief! This CU will scam you out of thousands of dollars. Do not join. Go to Redwood Credit Union.

  They lied about being able to finance a cab over camper with a RV loan. Pulled my credit and after I went through the entire process was unable to secure the loan told we we don’t finance truck campers. The underwriter was rude and unprofessional over the phone. I do not recommend this company.

  Firstly this bank is awesome. They help you in every way they can. Customer service are always listening to our concerns. I love this bank so far so good.

  You have to spend a lot of time waiting for your turn to come. The new employees are very slow and the others talk for a few minutes without having to serve you. I am thinking very seriously about moving all my accounts, including the business one from this bank.

  It's never the people. The software bounces so often. When I call a person to help he/she has never helped. How can they when its just screwy behavior. We I have asked to have the problem reported, that is never possible. Yesterday it wanted me to change my password. Before I do that I will change credit unions.

  Applied for a small, secured loan with them. Phone rep was extremely rude and refused to provide clarification to my questions. If you’re looking for a loan company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
