  My husband and I recently purchased a home and worked with Andy at First Southeast Mortgage. We are both business owners, which makes obtaining a standard mortgage a bit more challenging. Andy stayed on top of everything and worked closely with us and the lender to get it done, and on time. He highly recommend using this company and working with Andy.   Andy Rogow was great to work with in refinancing our mortgage. We had reached out to our original broker and they were unable to save us much so we passed. Andy worked with our neighbors and they said should call him. Andy got us a great rate and was very helpful with the process. It was a smooth transaction. If you want to save yourself some cash and grief, give Andy a call.

  This company is amazing. I did a mortgage with them 5 years ago, which worked out nicely. After buying a second property, we thought we’d canvas the market for competitive rates. Our research drove us right back to Andy at First Southeast Mortgage. He started at a competitive place and even lowered the rate automatically when rates dropped. We did not even have to make the request! I highly recommend Andy and this company. They are very thorough and follow through on all promises!

  Andy has been great to work with as I applied for a new mortgage! He's able to provide personal service, answer everything, and meet with you at your convenience. Most of all, I knew my mortgage wasn't going to get sold to a "big bank", and the rates are more than competitive.

  Our mortgage broker, Andy Rogow as terrific. He got us a great rate on refinancing and things could not have gone smoother. All we did was gather our documents and the next thing we knew we were approved to close. The closing agent even came to our house! Great guy to do business with!!
