  The Woodlands needs a real location or bank with a drive threw and open on Saturdays

  I am the first timer and brand new customer in my life with FSCU. Manager here is very pleasant, her co-worker is nice and my visit to them was truly a great experience. They are courteous, professional and great people to deal with.

  Absolutely "AWESOME" customer service. Handling commercial real estate and family businesses you may say that I have been dealing with banks for many years and when recieved an offer through the mail from FSCU I was skeptical using a credit union. Absolutely blew me away with what I have to say, dealing with Mr. Joshua Dorris reinvented customer service, the most outstanding customer service I've ever received. I called and spoke with Mr. Joshua Dorris, the man has made me an FSCU customer for life! I very much recommend Joshua Dorris at FSCU for all of your home, auto loans, you won't be disappointed.

  Awesome! Great people! As well as most things that can save consumers a great deal of money, I had to make the effort of calling FSCU ears open and mind working. Our immediate family unit of four adults has been working and borrowing money from 2011 to the present. We have saved thousands of dollars. Not hundreds. Thousands. With little ado and few hassles. Auto dealers have made every effort to write our loans and take their piece of backend interest rates over the actual interest rates they are charged by banks. I did not know this even existed but we all do now. Speaking as head of this household, how can we not be pleased with thorough service. Dotted 'i's' and crossed 't's,' that saves our vacation cash annually? We are more than pleased. We are happy!

  I was not approved for a loan here. However I highly recommend these guys. They were extremely friendly and helpful at a rather stressful time.

  Does not mention that fscu is inside the baker hughes building. We had ask around to find out.
