  It was a wonderful experience working with Derek Taylor's team at Guaranteed Rate. It was our first time requesting a loan, so we had many questions that were very clearly explained. From the first moment we requested information, Paula Williams, who was our assigned associate, was returning our call in a blink of an eye and showed sooooo much patience with my husband and I, if there was something that she didn't know she was very willing to investigate and get back with the information, I was so relieved to have her on our side. Nonetheless Derek was also very detailed and informative when we asked for more questions. We definitely will work again with them whenever we require their services again, because they gave us a lot of confidence in the way they all work! Thank you Guaranteed Rate!!!

  Paula Williams made my lending experience an absolute joy. She was wonderful when it came to explaining the process to me and she made sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way. All phone calls and e-mails were returned in a very expeditious manner and I was never left to "figure things out" on my own.   The Guaranteed Rate team was helpful every step of the way, especially Paula Williams. I would have been incredibly stressed out if it hadn't been for her guidance. She always responded promptly to questions and concerns, with clear and thoughtful answers. Not everyone on the team was as responsive, but Paula more than made up for it. The only drawback was working with different people as the loan progressed through the various stages. Again, having Paula as that anchor made it tolerable. I also liked being able to use the secure portal to share information and track the progress of our loan. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend them.

  I am a first time home buyer and Guaranteed Rate did an outstanding job!! They walked my Fiancé and I through the entire process and treated us like we were family. We loved that we could call them for anything and they would even answer the phone late after working hours.   As a legal alien to the US the process of starting on the property ladder here in the land of the free was daunting. Thankfully i found through my realtor (#StephanieBarton) Derek Taylor and his team to be the best. Everyhting handled efficiently, profeiciently and timely.
