  I would recommend this Credit Union. I was very luck to have Alex Breton on my team. He went out of his way to help me in every way imaginable. I was very picky with my purchase and he was very helpful through my whole purchase. He worked late and on weekends- which you do not see ever!

  I joined a credit union for its member services and personal care for financial services. I’ve been with FSCU for over 5 years. I am very disappointed with the way credit is extended and reviewed for members. The credit union is not as member friendly as I thought it would be. You are still just a number and a credit score.

  Absolutely love this Credit Union. I had never used a Credit Union for any of my needs until I got a mailer from First Service. 3 years later I am still a happy customer. I love their customer service and their great rates on loans!

  Monica Ibarra goes Above & Beyond in her position. The first day that I met her the card machine was down and instead of just giving up she went through about two or three different methods to help me get what I needed on time. Travis Troutman and I'll just say that I will definitely be getting my 5th account with for Service Credit Union duty is amazing customer service.   Samantha Crow with First Service blessed me tremendously by correcting an issue on my old auto loan that I have tried disputing for a year. No one else from First Service that I spoke with had the knowledge or courtesy to help me like Samantha. She has definitely blessed me this holiday season. Thank you Samantha!

  Amazing service! If you speak with anyone definitely ask for Travis Troutman. Super knowledgeable about loans and banking. Very big on making sure the customer leaves informed and happy. Very fast at producing results!

  What a horrible company. Somewhat professional employees until they notice something minor on your credit report from years ago, then they become completely ignorant as if you aren’t important anymore. Don’t be fooled. Use a company with great reviews.

  This is the First Bank that I've Banked with bc of my Families ties to the Utility Company and, they are Great for Loans or Customer. It's a Family feeling of A Bank . Reached out and accompanied my Concerns
