  We’ve now purchased two vehicles from here and I can’t think of a negative thing to say about either experience. Very simple, very honest about their vehicles and easy to deal with! Rick is a little goofy but he’s alright lol. We will continue to do business with them for years to come.

  Gave me a warranty of 3 months on my car, and i started having issues with my A-C so i called to see if i could get it checked and kept being told that their mechanic wasnt feeling well due to Covid-19 and they didnt think it was safe for me to come in, now my a-c is completely out and now their saying oh your warranty is out but i feel that i shouldve beem givin some type of extension due to covid-19 because i did try to bring my car. i feel that their a total rip off because they didnt seem to care at all. its been 104 outside and i have 2 toddler kids but do you think they give a care? i wouldnt recommend anyone!

  Instead of No Warranty like most dealers give, we give a totally free 3 month warranty and give you the option to purchase a extended warranty in which you declined. You stated your a/c wasn't blowing as cold as you like. We offered to send you to a mechanic we use but at the time he was recovering from covid and not able to work, we asked you to bring in back in a few days or call us in a few days so we could reschedule well 4 to 5 months a later a bad review, when the mechanic next door is available and could have checked it for free.

  I would recommend Discount Auto Company to anyone looking for a good clean used vehicle in the Houston area. Sean and his team were very nice and helpful when selecting and financing my last purchase. In May of last year I purchased a PT Cruiser and have been very happy with the vehicle and its overall condition. It doesn't mean that I haven't had to do some repairs but after all these are used vehicles and extended warranties are offered at the time of sale. I give Discount an A+ and will buy another vehicle from Sean when the time is right.

  Wow! Was so impressed with my entire experience at Discount Auto Co. Steve Dupree called immediately after my online inquiry, helped answer my questions and arranged a test drive. He was very laid back, accommodating and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. During the financing process they were able to get me a better interest rate and all of the paperwork was fast and easy. This entire dealership has a very friendly feel, not pushy, and I wish all of my previous car buying experiences could have been like this. Go see Steve!

  This place is a huge rip off. Most of the cars have salvage or rebuilt titles or flood damaged. They out different engines in some of the cars so who knows if the miles in the odometer is correct. The customer service is horrible. They just want you to pay a large down payment and over charge for the cars then when they break and they do they don’t offer any help to fix them. So if you are looking for a car please do yourself a favor and stay away from here.

  This will be my third car purchased here. My husband bought a Truck here 4 years ago we still have it, we bought my sons car here last year before he left for college no problems and now my turn I ended up purchasing a 2012 Cadillac CTS! Rick was our sales person he gave us a great deal as usual I guess that's why we continue to buy here. Friendly staff very down to earth when ever i have problems or am gonna be making a late payment they always work with with me.

  Discount auto is a very fair and upfront dealer the vehicles are dependable and nice the prices are fair and they report to the credit bureaus so if you had problems before buying here helps to build your credit and Steve is the greatest salesman man of all very honest man. I am on my fourth car and have referred my daughter here as well for her first car and to build her no credit needless to say it's a great place to buy a car from a true consumer

  I took a vist to Discount Auto a couple a months ago. I am pleased with my purchase. My salesman was Rick but I would highly recommend Steve because he seems more nicer. Overall, my experience was great. One thing they tell you (or they SUPPOSE to tell you) is that their cars have had minor wrecks. I have not had any issues so far.

  My family has paid off many cars here! It's there go to car lot . The cars are very nice! I just paid off my car not too long ago also . Now it decides to act up , typical! Hopefully they'll work with me on getting into something else. Keep up the good work guys !!!

  I got a car from this dealership I believe June or July 2017, within a couple months the starter needed to be replace. Here it is not even a year later and the engine is completely GONE!!!! The payments that were made on time was never reported to the credit bureau but as soon as a late payment was made it was reported to my credit. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. The cars are trash, the salesman at first tried to sale us a challenger but when we went to nationwide for insurance they told us the car had been flooded and they would not insure it. We called asking about it he gave us some bs excuse(don’t remeber the salemans name). I should have known then to turn around and never look back. If I could give 0 stars I would!
