  Mike Stewart worked hard to get us approved on our income property. We live in CA and the property is in MI. Rates are higher when you have multiple properties and you do not live in them. Not only that, this property was unusual in that it has three buildings on it. Not only did he find a lender, he was able to get us a great interest rate.

  Steer clear of this lender unless you just want to lose $. Got “pre approved” for a loan without him even looking at our debt to income. Poor communication skills. Do not recommend using them as debt to income is one of the first things calculated by most lenders to even be considered for a loan and he did not even look at that. Lost 4,000 by working with him.
