  Amazing! I’ve been in the valley for over 25 years and have been at other banks. I recommend first security bank to everyone!!!! My four corners branch is one of a kind. Customer service is excellent, they really do treat you like family!!

  First Security Bank is outdated, 2500 mobile deposit limit, 2500 transfer limit to another bank. Finding your account number if you don't have a check requires an email or call, even closing this account is brutal. They could mail me a check for the amount in my account but they can't just wire it to another bank. Stay away until they catch update their policies.

  One-of-a-kind Bank! Customer service is top notch, they treat you like family. Would recommend first security bank to anyone. Four corners branch are the best!

  Lack of process control on Felony Fraud case (incompetent and unprofessional). After reporting a felony fraud and theft, the bank allowed more than 3 weeks to pass before processing it due to internal process breakdowns. 1/4/2022: That response is the worst ever and shows you could care less. This bank is incompetent and nearly compromised the criminal fraud case.

  If I could give First Security Bank, S Cottonwood Road, Ten Stars, I would! I started banking here a year ago and I can honestly say that every single interaction with Bank Staff has been amazing. Everyone at this branch is well trained and professional; and, they always go the extra mile for me.

  Sadly, I've been disappointed ever since Big Sky Western Bank took over First Security Bank. In short: Both banks had two entirely different cultures, with BSWB being far superior in customer service. Now, it's feels alot like the old FSB culture, which we do not resonate with. My recent experiences include posting deposits to the wrong account(s), as well as a very unsatisfactory experience paying off one of our rentals with a line of credit (The rep was indifferent, slightly rude and had a "can't do" attitude). I really loved the old BSWB and I hope they can turn this merger into something more positive...
