  Absolutely amazing! Josh and the rest of the team helped me buy my first home a few months ago. They helped guide me through the process, answered all my questions, etc. The entire process was smooth and easy with their help, and I closed on the house with no delays. I looked at several lenders before finding them and First Residential Mortgage was the only one that I feel truly tried to go above and beyond to find me the best possible options based on my needs. I was able to buy my first home completely by myself at 21 years old and it was thanks to First Residential Mortgage! If you are going to go with any Mortgage company, I can assure you, this one's it! I know if I ever buy another property, I'll be returning, for sure. Thank you!!!!

  Josh and Jessica were absolutely amazing!!! I believe every home buyer/borrower should have an experience with their lender like we did with them. The entire experience was so pleasant and after working with 4 other incompetent lenders, I just needed someone to just get stuff done, which they did. They made this process so simple, even though this was our first time buying. They were always quick to respond to any questions. I will absolutely use them again in the future if I have the pleasure to do so. 10/5 stars :)

  Amazing! Beyond 5 stars for sure! My husband and I were looking to buy a home and got recommended to First Residential for 100% financing options. We went by to see what our options were and Josh instantly won our business! The whole team is great and they stayed on top of everything and kept us updated through the whole process. They stay on top of everything to make purchasing a home as easy and hassle free as it can be. We literally just signed documents when they emailed them to us and they were always there to answer any questions and explain everything in detail along the way. Always had same day and quick responses to questions. We were in our home in just over a month and didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing with them on our side. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and always do recommend them when I hear someone say they are looking to buy a home. They truly are great and l’m super appreciative of everything they did for us. My husband and I are now homeowners thanks to them!! :) Great people, great business.   Josh and Jessica exceeded our expectations and made purchasing our first home as stress-free as possible.
