  I just opened an account at the branch in Abingdon Virginia about a month ago. Recently,there was an issue of my bank information being used by someone else. Never did I imagine that if there was an issue with my account would I be treated so rudely when inquiring about the issue as I was by a particular teller a few days ago. I was embarrassed to be treated like whoever the person was that commited the fraud instead of the victim of fraud. I was going to recommend to family members and Church associates that they should use this bank, I will not do so now and have given great thought to possibly closing my current account.

  Very rude and short cashier. I was hung up on and the attendant had the bank close my account. I didnt know the bank had closed my account. After calling the bank, the Bank said they had closed my account due to my bad language, which I never used. I was upset but never cussed anyone. But it goes to show their customer service ... I called with a complaint that they had stopped my card over some charge I was trying to make and the attendant closed my account due to something that didnt happen.

  Very good costumer service. We have been banking here for years. We have never had a issues at this establishment. Always polite and courteous.

  Hello , my name is Sandrine Pierce. I am Mr Joseph Burks girlfriend's, a few days ago on Monday around 1 PM through the drive thru when Mr Burks entered his card in the ATM machine to withdraw money. He had to run some errands and around 3 pm or so realized that he didnt have his debut card on him for a purchase. He want back to the bank and one of the teller as he pulled to the drive thru window and told her that he had forgot his debit card in the atm machine already had his card in an envelope with his name ready without Mr. Burks finishing his sentence. How one did she know who he was and knew when he pulled up to the window? Do they keep a check on customers wvenwthough he doesnt go there every day? Or checking his informations and gettipgettingt his business. I am asking for someone to look into it that is called ininvasion of privacy

  Rest assured. We know our customers and we know how to retrieve and securely return a card to a customer who accidentally leaves one in an ATM, as we did in this case. Thank you for your concerns.

  I think a good place to bank. Lobby open on Sat. mornings which is nice. Free checks for account holders! When getting cash there, the money is new instead of old worn-out bills. Easy in and out of the parking lot. The ATM machine doesn't gouge you for high fees. I like 'em....so far.

  Everyone's friendly but they take wayyyyy too long to do anything. It's actually faster to drive to the branch in glade spring and get your business done than to wait at this branch. Don't waste your time

  This is the worst bank for customer service I've ever been too the tellers are rude and uncurtious especially to myself and others never a thank you or have a nice day
