  Never had a problem with my checking or savings when it was Highlands Union Bank. Within 1 week of this bunch taking over I have not been able to access my $ A deposit of $2,700 was lost. I have an overdraft of $500+ (which I have NEVER had before). And now can't use my card and am locked out of my acct! I am changing banks tomorrow! Would do it today but they are closed.

  Every since it changed from Highlands I have had nothing but issues. Not open in Saturdays atm card not working picking out if accounts and their online banking is always down when you need to check your account.

  Patricia and Amber got me and my wife out of a major pinch. Someone had tried to cash a fraudulent check from my account 3 days before we were supposed to close on a house and it almost ruined everything, but they got on the phones for us and straightened everything out with the lenders just in time. There's no way that would have happened at a different bank. They're great!

  I have tried to set up an automatic bill payment for one account for 4 months without success. They always have some excuse why it did not get paid. This last time they said they sent me an email because the date was wrong on the form. You think something that important they would call or send out some mail. Oh well my rant for the day.

  So far, I have only needed to use tellers. But ALL the tellers...(local branchs) are so professional yet create an atmosphere kindness and individual attention.
