Pamela Whitehead1I've lived in a HUD apartment for 6 years. I really intended to live out my life here, but now looking for a place to move to. It certainly will not be another HUD property. I've been made fun of, bullied, and treated like a worthless person by neighbors. I signed a lease that promised in exchange for payment of my rent, I would be able to live in peace and without harassment. HUD hasn't fulfilled that promise. My life has been miserable due to nothing being done about this. I would advise anyone to rethink moving to an environment such as this. I'm currently searching for a place to move. My health has been greatly affected by living under such conditions.

Barbara Woods5They was very understanding what ever you didn’t understand they were always there. I know that I got on their nerves but if so they never let me know. Who ever I spoke with each time I called were very understanding. I want to thank them so much for their help may they be blessed.

Matthew Wheeler1Absolutely the worst customer service of my life. The person I needed to speak with was in the office yet she initially refused to speak with me. They then told me they prefer email communication (even though I drove 30 minutes to get there). They said they couldn't speak to me because only my husband was listed on the loan. I mentioned that he would be willing to drive down and speak with them to resolve the tax issue at hand and they still refused and said they would only speak to him via email. I have been paying $500 over my regular mortgage payment for 3 months because somehow my house was listed as my secondary residence (incorrect). When I asked about being issued a refund for the 1,500 dollars, they basically said i may get some sort of refund but they can't guarantee it. This was an absolutely awful experience. Being 24 and having 3 children, I explained how hard it has been over paying my mortgage by 500 dollars each month, and I had proof of the over payment in hand. They did not care and refused to do anything to help my situation in the slightest. I don't even know why I'm surprised at this point.

Christopher Lymon1Rude and slow service! (Except for the receptionist. She is friendly!) It takes them days to get back to you IF they do. Also, they made a mistake on my payoff amount and would NOT take responsibility for it which ended up costing me money. I do not recommend.

Brenda Cruz1Customer service is extremely rude this lady named Alisa that helped me talked over me and had an attitude, they need friendlier customer service. If you dont care about your customers than you need to find a job elsewhere that doesnt involve customer service.
