  This is the first time I've done a review but it was for a specific reason.. I was in the process of purchasing a condo as a 2nd home and had a horrible experience with U.S. Bank. I was then referred to Ashley Bernardo @ First Option Mortgage. Because of the time wasted going through U.S. Bank, we were on a VERY tight timeline to do a cash-out refinance. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. There was a lack of communication from the real estate agent so Ashley took it into her own hands to coordinate everything with the title company even though she had nothing to do with the transaction! I had a great experience here, you will not regret going with Ashley @ First Option Mortgage!

  Murrell and team were great from the beginning. He quickly provided me a pre qualification letter that got us what we needed to view so many great properties' on a quick house hunting trip. We decided fairly quickly and he and his team made it happen very quickly. So fast in fact that they were a few days ahead of the closing team for the house we were selling. He and we regrouped quickly and 2 days later we were recorded and done with keys in hand.   We had an awesome Loan Originator Mr. Tim Ferguson. He was very personable and honest with us. He explained step by step what to expect during the process. We hit a few minor bumps along the way but Mr. Ferguson reassured us and was there to answer any questions. He was there for us even after business hours. Thank you Tim!
