  This was our first home purchase and we thought we would not be able to qualify, but NOVA and Linda got it done! We did plenty of research about the process of buying a home and the programs that were out there for first time home buyers. Linda and the team got us prequalified, important step before going house hunting, and made the information easily available to our realtor and super simple to understand. They kept in constant communication throughout the entire process, via phone and email, and were available almost immediately whenever we had any questions. They really made the process of buying our first home fast and simple. We even threw in a curve ball by changing jobs 1 month before closing. They handled it with grace and made sure we understood the importance of being upfront and honest. We were never discouraged or misinformed about what was need and the process and statues of our loan. We will definitely be using NOVA Home Loans for all our future home buying or refinancing needs!

  We have worked with Linda Bertuzzi on two loans this year: a refinance of our home, and a new investment property. Linda and everyone else at Nova made a complicated process as streamlined and efficient as possible. They are quick to respond, answer questions, and make requested changes. Linda is always available from the first call to the day of closing. She truly understands customer service and what it means to look out for her clients!
