  Casey Moseman was instrumental in helping us buy our first home and patiently guided us through the entire process. With only a few weeks to accomplish this, Casey was always there to communicate with us and our real estate agent as part of the team, and was extremely flexible with different loan options as the situation changed. While the process would have otherwise been daunting, Casey was able to explain things in simple terms and provide the right information at the right time, allowing us to purchase the home of our dreams in very short order. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and recommend her to anyone preparing to purchase a home.

  Casey is as good as they come. Dont hesitate to call her. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Casey and her work ethic. My first time buying a home was a nightmare and when i found Casey the first thing I asked her was to communicate with me. We originally started a refinance in February of 2020 and because of Covid this process became 1000 times more complicated. Ultimately I was not able to complete my Refi until January of 2021. Over the entire year Casey continued to stay in contact with me, replying to emails punctually and always explaining the new Covid guidances in detail. When the time came that we were ready to start the process again she was there every step of the way making it as seamless as possible. Casey is a professional in her craft and anyone looking to buy a home or refi their existing how would be lucky to have her helping.

  I was referred to Casey by my father and I must say it was the best experience. Casey was always available and answered all my questions that I had.   SHE IS THE BEST!!!! You will be so pleased using Casey. We have so much to thank Casey for helping us on our loan to obtain our house. We had already been using a different broker for a loan for months, but once we got the short sale approval from the bank, we needed to respond to them in 48 hours and our lender at the time was not delivering for us. I found Casey's contact info on the internet, I figured long shot, but we were under a deadline so I would try. I called Casey and left a message, within 5 minutes, she called me back to let me know she was going into a meeting but would call me back later that night. I was sold, right then and there. Anyone who cared enough to call a stranger back and let me know she would be available later that night, I was impressed. After meeting with Casey that next morning, she got us an official approval in 24 hours. Casey was amazing the whole way through the process. I am a very detailed, particular and business oriented person and Casey impressed me and delivered the whole way through the process. Not only did she deliver, but she had the knowledge and forethought to know what was coming next in the process, which is critical to set a realistic expectation. All the things she thought the underwriter might have wanted from us, she was right and helped us prepare all the info so we were ready. I recommend Casey to everyone I know and will not go anywhere else in the future. I could go on and on about how fantastic she is, professional, responsible, responsive and friendly. She knows her business and how to get results. She helped make what could be a very difficult and emotional process, very enjoying and exciting.   Casey is Amazing! I am a busy wife, mother of 3 young children, work full time; I need things done right the first time, which is why I use Casey.
