  I’d like to start off by saying I started doing business with FNCU only because my job said they were the preferred credit union... but after one encounter with a particular employee named Longe Shungu I’ll never use another credit union again. Stellar employee!!! very knowledgeable, friendly and completely blows the competition out of the water when it comes to punctuality and professionalism.

  FNCU is one of the most efficient places of business. I have been in contact with Mr. Longe Shungu, and it's imperative to say that he is the most kind, responsive financial advisor. Mr. Shungu and the FNCU will do what is best for you, unlike the other corporate banks/financial systems that will take advantage of you. My experience with the Loan process here was phenomenal, and without hassles. I cannot use a more robust recommendation to tell you this is the best financial system experience.

  FNCU makes banking a pleasant experience. I typically deal with Mike A. via phone or email for my banking needs. He's always extremely attentive with excellent follow-through, no matter the issue or request is. A personal touch is hard to find in the banking world nowadays. That's why FNCU approach to their customers stands out. Thank you for the excellent service you provide me, and I'm sure many others.

  Adrian and Jade are two of the most brightest and helpful people in banking. They habitually greet me each time I visit the institution and are extremely knowledgeable in the services provided. My experience at First Northern Credit Union is always pleasant because these two ladies are the best! 😍😍

  A friend recommended FNCU, and have not regretted saving there. LONGE SHUNGU is an amazing guy. Very professional, polite and efficient. He has the patience to listen to you and answer any question. esp. When you adhere to his advise. May the good lord continue to bless you.

  I applied for a personal loan over the phone with Rosa Espinoza around 11:30 am. By 1:00pm, the loan was through under writing, she sent the documents for me to esign, and had sent out my check! Talk about customer service with lighting speed while keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Kudos, Rosa!!

  I have been using the services at First Northern for 17 years and have never had an issue. There short term signature loans have allowed me an opportunity to travel and do other things I could not do otherwise. I would definitely recommend looking into the options available.
