  This was my first time applying for a mortgage and needed the loan to be clear to close within 4 weeks. Other banks required a minimum of 6 weeks to approve the loan. I had worked with Ken and he was great at explaining the whole loan process and what paperwork was required. He constantly kept me updated on the status of the loan and was always responsive to any questions I had. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt that everything went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend!

  Elise and NRL mortgage worked hard and quickly to make sure everything went as smooth as possible during the whole process. She always responds promptly and answers any and all questions I had and even made sure I understood exactly what was going on. She definitely exceeded all of my expectations and was so helpful throughout the entire loan process. I would highly recommend Elise to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  Elise and Ian were the best. The whole experience with the company was great. Elise was always available to answer my questions no matter what time of the day or night lol. She was able to make the home buying process effortless without any delays or surprises. Despite horror stories from many people I know who have recently purchased homes for the first time, we were cleared to close and closed in less than a month!!! To be honest the service I received through NRL was better than what I received at my bank whom I’ve been with for 6+ years. You can really tell that Elise LOVES what she does and gets joy out of making peoples’ dreams into realities. I have already recommended Elise to about 5 people and will continue to do so! The only bad thing about closing day was knowing that now I don’t get to talk to Elise everyday! If in doubt just call her, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

  We were referred to Elise by our realtor. All we had to do was contact and connect with her that first time and she took the burden off our hands. We were working with a previous lender who was unable to close our deal. After contacting Elise, she provided us with different options and assisted us with our first investment property. She makes you a priority. This deal was important for us and she was invested in this with us. Elise was excited for us when we closed. I enjoyed that personal feeling and her level of expertise in this area was necessary for this deal. We are absolutely going to call her for future endeavors.

  I can say, without a doubt, that Elise Jordan made my journey as a first-time home buyer an easier experience than I ever could have hoped for. Starting with our first talk, she explained many of the options that were available and never made me feel pressured into any decision. My phone calls, texts and emails were handled in a professional and timely manner. At the end of the day, I couldn't imagine my home buying process being any easier.   I was opportune to meet David stringer (my aunt's loan officer) through my aunt and believe me when I say he gave an exceptional customer service. He made it easy to understand and fulfill both process and obligation towards getting the loan approved asap. He followed up with all parties involved and made the whole process seem like a walk in the park.
