Radeon Gemini1It was my first time at this location and I'm not to pleased. I walk in and the very first thing said to me was, "we require masks". I asked if they have masks for their customers and I was told, no we don't provide them. This is the first company i have been to that says they require masks but don't provide them. Also the placement and color of their sign is not suitable for the legally blind person, whitch I am. I only saw it once I was told they require masks. On the main door the sign is red with white writing and its overlapping the writing/hours on the door. And on the second door I had to look for it because of the glare. I can't imagine a blind person coming in and being told what I was told, I felt embarrassed. I didnt see there sign because of my vision and I felt so uncomfortable with all the bank staff stating as the man who spoke to me was on the other side of the room, so he obviously wasn't quiet about it. So I'm pretty disappointed in this bank location. The only good thing was the bank teller that helped me was very nice, but it didn't take away from the man acting like the mask police and not taking into consideration that I am a disabled customer.

Caprice HB4At least for me, friendly staff and things go well. I have only ever had issues with my address being changed (needed to confirm multiple times because it somehow never would go into effect when I moved) but I have never had any problems as a customer. They do the best they can to help out their customers here. Seems to have a high turnover as there are always new tellers and staff. I have banked here (previously GWB) for about 11 years and have only seen one consistent banker through all this time. But I love the location and look forward to what First Interstate can do :)

HolyKnight33BC1Worst Banking Experience of my life, so far. My fiancé and I went there and my fiancé has an account not me and we were trying to get some papers. The system was down and you know I know it was not the person in her nice desk fault I am understanding and forgiving. But she was very rude to me. Here I was trying to take care of some errands and help my wife like a responsible person but situation was a bit frustrating. I was not insulting her nor cussing just the slight increase in my tone and she got super defenses, like geezz and like telling me she did not like how I was talking to her. She told me that if I arguing ed again she was ask me to leave. I told her that last time someone was able to help us with it with no problem (personally I got the feeling she did not know what we wanted and had no idea what to do but did not was to address it, yet I tried to and was being threatened to be kicked out, however was kicked out). She has no customer service skills and why the in the world is she taking care of serious business when this person has NO SKILL in handling people in a hard situation. She was not helpful at all. PLEASE, stay away from this location, they are terrible rude don't know how to handle people...horrible.

Brittany Wilson5Everytime I come here, the ladies working the desks are so polite and friendly. They are really efficient and get you in and out quickly, but they have such a warm and enjoyable presence the entire time you're there. I highly recommend this location.
