Briana Potter1I drove three hours to get a car which looked really nice on the internet... I spoke with Terrel and he got me approved for a credit loan. When I arrived the interior was in horrible condition and smelled horrible of cigarettes. I really wish he would of told me how poor the condition was.

M Williams1Shady folks here I bought a 30k truck from these people and wish I never did. Once they have your money they will kick you to the curb and not fix the issues found and try to blame you for the problems. Not worth the time or headache.

Mrjah Durden1Not only did my car break down before I can even get my real plates nothing will get resolved and all their cars have mechanical issues 3rd car from this location that has not lasted more than 30 days
Response from the ownerJahmi, your vehicle was purchased from us on April 30th, over two months ago. Your vehicle had a minor issue with a computer module malfunctioning. That issue was covered under warranty. You took the vehicle to a third party mechanic, at which point you contacted us and said they are taking too long fixing your vehicle. I informed you that we have no control over the practices of a third party mechanic, you asked us for a loaner car, which we provided with a clear understanding it can only be loaned for a few days as a goodwill gesture to assist you. When asked to bring the loaner car back, you became insulting, swearing and threatening us. The loaner car was returned dirty, with trash, cigar wrappers, marijuana residue in the cupholder, baby clothes and diapers left in the vehicle. We tried to be accommodating even though the issue was not created by us, but your attitude towards us was disrespectful and rude. If you'd like to discuss further, I can be reached at 2065251800.
