      Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spoke to them over the phone about adding my wife to an additional account they told me to come in to make the changes, gathered the wife and two kids and went down there, upon arrival they told me I'd have to make an appointment. They're was literally one other customer there. Went to a different branch and had no issues. I would highly recommend not going here.

      All BOA locations suck! This particular one has really gone sideways. They cancelled my appointment I made 2 weeks ago today (day of appointment) because their hours changed. Again. No wonder I’m trying to move away from them. They suck. And the associates never answer the phone and when they do, they are so rude.

      Time to get a new bank. One teller for 5 customers in line. Not once have I come in and there was not a line. Ridiculous. Employees do their best with being shorthanded.

      Edit: Originally a 1 star, but Totiana (sorry if misspelled) has helped me the last couple times & has made the first experience much more pleasant & efficient. Give her a raise, she does a great job. Don’t go here. I work for tips & the tellers here hassle me EVERY time I try to deposit them. Will definitely take my business somewhere else if that’s such an inconvenience to you.

      Endless, obnoxious and unnecessary fees on your checking and savings account. Bad customer service. Also: they've eliminated their online message center, which you used to be able to use when you securely logged into your account online (to notify them of of things like when you will be traveling - so they know not to shut down your card when you charge something from another State or Country). But they've eliminated their message center. So now, for any small need you have, you will have to call them and wait on the phone just to get a rep that doesn't know how to do anything. Bank local instead!

      Raymond Fong, assistant manager at the Westminster location in Shoreline is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. He has no business working in customer service! If Mr. Fong intends to continue working with the public, I suggest he get some customer service training - the sooner the better - to learn how to engage with people in a professional manner. It would be better for customers if he worked in a back office and avoided the public altogether! Signed - a very dissatisfied and now also former Bank of America customer.

      Horrible. I have just opened accounts at BECU. I will be closing my personal and buisness account soon. They should have just been honest with me about how they are goung to employ only 1 bank teller at a time . See ya!
