  Worst customer service. Today I had an apoiment at 4:00pm to remove my mother from my account so she wouldn't have access to it. I was a few minutes late to my apoiment and was received by an Indian lady who was very rude and told me I couldn't remove my mother unless she was there and clearly I wasn't told that days before when talked to an American woman who worked there and once I made the apoiment. The Indian lady was very rude and did not understand what I wanted to do was to remove my mother from my account. She went to go talk to an African American lady and started laughing about how I just kept telling her that I wanted to remove my mother from my account period. They both started laughing and I decided to just leave and nothing happend. I was never helped and they wasted my time on waiting and not helping me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO THERE.

  The line was so big I waited 30 minutes and the bank teller was rude he did not even accept my check, horrible. I’m never coming Back!

  Bank of America has not helped small businesses during PPP crisis, no status updates, no follow-up on application. Worse customer service. Helping corporations first, not the people who need it most. Really disappointed.

  Went mid-day and had no problems. Few people in line, sure, because it doesn't make sense to staff a bank to the point that there is never a line. Teller was very kind and helpful.

  Been to other bank of America branches. One of the worst.. Not a single smile.. Not really helpful.. Closed my account on that branch... Took me 30 min just waiting the process to close it.. Tried to make a better conversation (me the customer did) but didn't work..

  If I could rate them zero stars, I would. It takes less time for you to walk back to your car, drive to the Greenwood branch, and get helped there than it does to wait in line at the Northgate branch AND you'll get way better service. Northgate made me sit around for an hour to incorrectly do what Greenwood did correctly in ten minutes. Believe me DO NOT GO HERE.

  Very rude bank teller If I could give it a zero I would. I was depositing money and the lady didn’t exchange my 20s to hundreds and my ID was In The car can you believe that

  I had a damaged US bill. Could not reason the manager to accept it. They were the ones who gave it to me damaged, taped, to start with. I would want nothing to do with them. They need to learn their own regulations.

  I’ve really enjoyed all my interactions here with the staff. Very helpful and kind even though the wait can be long. I’d recommend booking an appt.

  Came in at lunchtime, long line and only two tellers available. When it was finally my turn, I was turned away back to the line so the teller could help another employee. Embarrassingly poor service. Wasted my whole lunch hour for nothing.
