      I want to give a shout out for Rafique Harris, who has been helpful and is savvy on any lending that you may need. I had an unauthorized withdrawal out of my account that he took care of and he is quite knowledgeable on all things lending. I have stuck with this branch through the mergers and acquisitions and it is paying off with FNB and Mr. Harris.

      This bank blew me away with their caring staff and excellent customer service!!! Truly world class! The new management is superb and the head teller is SO friendly and helpful! I highly recommend for all of you banking needs! This location is great!!!

      If I could give 0 star I Would. From totally unprofessional, to sarcastic smiles when I and asking questions, from charging 10.00 to cash a check that was written from their own customers. It's Robbery from a bank. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in the banking industry that charges 10.00 to cash a check. What the hell. How in the world do you do honest business with patrons?
