  I have been with this bank nice 2012 and have never had a problem. Well when I did have a problem guess what they fixed it. The staff is remarkable and they know your name even newbies somehow know my name LOL I love it!!! You guys are the best and have the best customer service any place could have!!! Keep up the good work and Happy New year!

  I called and or visited EVERY bank in Mooresville trying to cash in some 50 cent pieces...I had a LOT...1500 dollars worth...nobody asked me how much I had, jus that if I wz not a member they either wanted 11% or 10% or another wanted 5%, those of u not sharp with math, 5% is $75.00 of what I had....yeah..."NO!" So I finally called First Merchant's bank on Samuel Moore Pkwy and I ask if I can cash in "some" 50 cent pieces and I say "I am NOT a member".Andi says "sure". I hang up. My wife say u didn't ask how much they charge...I call bk...Andi say "No, no chrg". So I go there & walk in with 1500 Dollars worth...Samantha didn't blink an eye. She eyeballs all of them to make sure they were all there and she counted me out 15 one hundred dollar bills. Cool. If there were a First Merchant's bank in my state I would W/D all my money from my bank and become a member. Thank u Andi, Samantha and First Merchant's bank. You ROCK!!!

  They took my entire check to cover bogus fees they helped create. My account was fine until they kept dipping, dipping and dipping taking money I didn’t have. Bobbie is a hot mess and I’m done. My husband and I took our business to Chase down the road and I couldn’t be happier. This bank is a JOKE

  Literally the worst bank ever ever since I've opened my account I've had nothing but problems with these people yes they have friendly staff and they do try to work with you but when it comes down to you depositing a check and you can't use your card after you just called two weeks ago to get your car fixed and it's still not fixed not only that but there's never no one to answer your call on the weekdays to get your car turned back on this has got to be the biggest crappiest Bank ever I am so not happy and I am done with them I'm going to go see a Chase has a better opportunity
