  We recently refinanced our home and we went through Bailey & Wood. We worked with David Bowyer to get that done. The entire process lasted about a week and a half and it was totally seamless. We were sent progress reports on a daily basis and were kept informed at all times. Any questions which were very few were answered immediately. These people have it together. This was our fifth time financing a home and it was the easiest we’ve ever dealt with. Great job Bailey and Wood and David Bowyer.

Earlier this year, my husband inquired about a possible lower rate, and Dave eventually came back and said rates had just dropped and we could refinance for 1 percent lower ... totally surprised us and totally worth it!
