  I can't say one negative thing about this group of people. I'll start by saying that over ten years prior to me working with them, I called with bad credit. They explained exactly what I needed to do in order to purchase a new home. I began working on these things and somewhat forgot about them. I got a gift from them, a small Callender for my fridge. I thought this was a nice jester, but every year I received something from them, even though I was not currently looking for a new home. I almost forgot about them, but their hospitality would not allow me to do so. I finally decided to look for a new home and didn't even consider going somewhere else. I called them up and Angie actually remembered our conversations from years ago. I understand that most information was most likely in a computer file, but I do believe she remembered some of our conversation about what I needed to do. I asked her to run my credit and immediately began working with her. I was cleared to start looking for a home and done so. Now understand that this was my first time. I asked about the process and they recommended a realtor for me to work with. I started talking to other realtors and dropped a message to the one that was recommended to me me by the Fairway office. I was stuck talking to these people when I found out that I could not use more Than one. I told the others that I was only going to talk to the one that was recommended to me and that's what I did. I am so thankful that I used the team Turley recommendation because she was awesome. After a handful of bids on houses, and failing, I got THE ONE. The process ,after getting accepted on my bid, was nothing short of perfection. The Turley office made everything go as smooth as possible. The explained what was going on the whole time. Kept me up to date and never let me wonder what was going on. When I was curious, I would call and they never minded. When I did call, it was just a waiting game. Not that I didn't already know, but I was more curious how long the stop would take. In the end of all my time working with them, I can only say that I will most likely never work with another company, when it comes to real-estate. I would recommend Team Turley to anyone and strongly encourage you to listen to their recommendations. I have only worked with them for a short bit of time, but have had this relationship with them for better than ten years. Should I ever move, I will be calling Angie again. If anyone asks for my opinions, I am sending them to her and the realtor that I used. Thank you Team Turley for a spectacular experience and a job done to perfection. You have been awesome.

  Fairway Mortgage is the Only Way to go for a Home Mortgage. It was our first Home buying experience and I honestly didn't know how the whole process was done. Team Turley @ Fairway Mortgage was there every step of the way. They always answered all my questions with a very quick response time.   Angie Turley and her team were excellent and helped me and my wife the whole way in buying our house. They were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and helping solve any problems that came up. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone buying a house.

  Where do I begin? So I’ve used Fairway (#TeamTurley) twice now and absolutely no complaints!!! They treat you with the upmost respect. Any question you have they respond in a timely manner. They make the process of buying a home so easy!! Between my awesome realtor and the team at Fairway in Mooresville, IN , all I had to do was find a home and sign my name at closing!! You can’t find a better mortgage company to have on your side, call them and see the best customer service there is around!!! Thank you again #TeamTurley !!!!

  I typically am critical (and leery ... given that I'm a Certified Fraud Examiner and a CPA), but in this case I showed a fair amount of trust in my realtor (Lexi Smith ... in case you want to know, and you can see what I think of her on Zillow) who sent me over to Fairway. Lexi's comments about Angie were superlative, so I felt this was a no-risk proposition. While I felt this way during the mortgage approval process, in hindsight I'm so glad I partnered up with Fairway on my real estate (condo) purchase. I even had a nuance with my homeowner's insurance underwriter, and Fairway had a perfect way forward for me. The documentation gathering was as painless as it gets (that stuff is ALWAYS painful, right?!?), but the "Fairway Way" was super easy (online, PDF submissions via the secure portal, and frequent updates on status, etc.). I could not be more pleased with them, and hence the 5-star review.
