      The service at this branch is abysmal. If I could give zero stars I would. I called five times and only got a recording to leave a message because - you know- "all representative are currently busy". I left a message each time, with elevated frustration with each call. NOBODY EVERY CALLED ME BACK. This was over a three week time period. Surely somebody could have called within that time. Take your business elsewhere - Umpqua is wonderful!

      The people in this downtown location are rude, inconsiderate and not worthy of your business. Take you money to Mid Oregon or any other local credit union. After 20 years we ended our relationship today.

      I got a mortgage and a HELOC through 1st interstate and both experiences were horrible! I had to reschedule closing because all the information on the paperwork was wrong and they rarely followed through with anything until last minute. They only positive thing I can say is the tellers are friendly which is the only reason why I’m giving them 1 star.

      Great local bank willing to go the extra mile for a small local business.
