I highly recommend Will and Holly from First Imperial Mortgage. Our situation is significantly complex and our first lender told us he couldn’t fund us, a few weeks after telling us we are approved and we have selected a house. Will was recommended by one of the group members from the Bigger Pockets group on Facebook.
