  The N HP branch has great people and have been with the same people through 3 bank name changes over the years. They alway come to the drive thru with a smile and do their best to help and take the time to get to know you. I’ve visited branches in all of the triad area Winston kville archdale Greensboro and they have always had great service and try to make an effort to make sure they take care of you.

  I live in Kernersville, but was in this area for personal reasons. Stopped by this location and was welcomed immediately. Met Tina and Tay. Two of the most pleasant employees at any bank that I have ever encountered. I may go out of my way just to visit this location. Thank you Tina and Tay.

  I am going through the most chaos I think any corporation has ever put me through... when all is said & done, I will definitely be back to update this one star review with my complete and utter honesty about how manipulative and unprofessional this bank really is. And it’s sad that a few bad apples can ruin the whole batch.

  I have had terrible banking experiences here. I deposited money into the ATM and the machine malfunctioned. I lost my money and after waiting several days for this bank to call support out for the ATM, they could not recover all my money. They could only account for a portion of it. So they basically stole my money and there was nothing I could do about it. I asked if they could check their cameras, but they refused. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend banking here.

  Nothing but incompetent workers here. ATM stole over a hundred dollars of mine while I was trying to deposit it. Nothing has been done to resolve my issue. They keep telling me they are “working on it” but when I ask what that specifically meant, they couldn’t even tell me the answer. Do not bank with these people.

  We have used this location for our business and nonprofit organization for the past 5 years. The branch manager (Tina) is always very personable, helpful, and professional.
