  100% recommend Tim Kritcher at Amerifirst every time! I’ve used him twice now and each time was a great experience. He goes above and beyond to help make getting the house you want as painless as possible and he is always so patient with you while going through the process. He’s literally the best.

  Where do I even begin. Tim Kritcher and Beth Hatley are the BEST. We went into this process with just mere faith not knowing the outcome. I want to thank Tim for restructuring my file numerous times in order to find the loan that would work for me. He helped make this process seem effortless. I want to thank Beth as well for the many questions that she has answered and the hard work that she put in to get us to closing. Overall, my people were punctual, kind, persistent and very responsive. I cannot say thank you enough Amerifirst for your diligence in making our dream of buying our First home possible!   Best experience using Donna Kritcher to get a loan for our first house! She walked us through the whole process, and had great communication. There was never a moment where I felt like we didn't know what was going on. If you are trying to get preapproved for a home loan, please check them out! You will not regret it.

  I would say the customer care I received from Amerifirst by Tim Kritcher and his staff was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and very direct which is always good so no false hopes. We always knew where we were in the process and was given ways to help us every step of the way.   TIm was great to work with. Due to some old credit issues we had to start and stop the home buying process three times. Tim was patient through all of it and helped me get a great rate on our new home. Great customer service!!

  I was referred to Amerifirst Home Mortgage by my realtor after the credit union made a major mistake. From the very first day Donna was on the ball and kept me informed about every aspect of our loan process. I could not imagine going with another mortgage company as they gave such exceptional service that I've never seen with another company. We had a very difficult situation buying our forever home through an estate and Donna consistently kept us informed and also referred us to an insurance company who saved us a ton of money on our new home purchase as well as our automobiles. I recommend Amerifirst Home Mortgage to anyone looking for exceptional and professional lending services.

  Tim Kritcher is amazing!! He works quickly and diligently and knows what will work! I have used VA loans in the past but it has never been as easy as working with Tim. He did all the heavy lifting and kept me up to date with constant communication.
