  As a full time Realtor here in The Triad I always recommend Tim Westfall to my clients. This is a story I love sharing about Tim. I was sitting at the closing table with my clients who were cash Buyers. Since there was no loan they did not require insurance on the property but of course it is highly recommended!! Mid closing I asked them who their home owners policy was with, they both looked at each other thinking the other had arranged coverage. Oops!! neither of them had. Tim to the rescue. I called Tim right there at the closing table and within 5 minutes he had them covered and at a great rate. My clients ended up bundling all their insurance needs with Tim. Thanks Tim!!

  Every year I need to request a statement to renew my lease. I requested that today and had the opportunity to speak with Erica, in Tim Westfall's office, for the first time. The office was busy, according to phones ringing in the background. She was so friendly & professional, even when my office couldn't accept the papers I thought were ok. She sent again, very quickly & in the course of our conversation gave me vital information about my life coverage. Certainly the level of customer service I've come to expect from State Farm!

  This is the first insurance company I've been with that actual realizes I'm a person. I feel like more than a policyholder. Erica Aronson is amazing to say the least, very professional, down to earth and she has thoroughly explained my policy in detail. I now fully understand the importance of rentets and life because of her and I am very appreciative.

  Dale Porter, from State Farm Insurance gave me fantastic Service and insurance for my new DJI Drone. I do recommend them if you have a Drone so you have peace of mind and it's so much cheaper than you can get anywhere else... quick service and very polite.

  When I asked my old insurance company (40 years there)about putting my 16 year old daughter on our insurance they were going to double our rates. Called Tim Westfall , a real agent spoke to me, answered my questions, and quoted me a rate that was half of our old rate before putting our daughter on our insurance. They are great to work with,even call on each of our birthdays. I usually will pay more just to get service. Here I pay less and get service. Would recommend to family.

  Tim and team are great. After finding Tim upon a move from OH, he reviewed our policies and made several recommendations. He found areas where we were under-insured, over-insured, and non-insured. There was no pressure and a sincere effort to make sure we were adequately insured. I sleep much better knowing where we stand, and am glad he took the time with us, because we truly had a false sense of security prior to his review. Tim was also able to recommend other professionals outside of the insurance arena to help us with other concerns. I highly recommend Tim and his team.

  Alex Donahue was very helpful and informative. Best insurance agent I have ever had ...easy to talk ..took the time to explain everything. I was very busy and he made sure to keep following up with me for four months until we could sit down and move forward with my policies. Overall best customer expierence I have ever had.

  I Was looking for a new car insurance policy being that I deliver for DoorDash and I was not offer full coverage to my vehicle by Geico. I walked into StateFarm and I’m glad I found Erica Aronson She was able to go above and beyond to provide me with the proper insurance coverage for my vehicle and home insurance.
