  I have been banking with First Horizon for years now and they are great! The Hixson location is fantastic! Lori and Kelly are THE BEST! They are always friendly, informative and make me feel like a valued customer! It's always a pleasant experience and I appreciate it greatly! First Horizons Bank will always have my business because of the excellence of the Hixson location!

  Bank is located at a nice place. Not too much traffic, easy to get in out of the premises. Nice and friendly staff. Service is very prompt. Will like to do more business here.

  Went inside to cash a check, was told to go outside in the cold and go in drive thru... I had a trailer on my truck so I was unable to. There was no one in line but me inside... This bank should be ashamed of themselves.. This is the 3rd time I've been discriminated against. How can you gain new account holders if you tell them to go outside? In the cold?? What a joke.

  Incredibly friendly, warm and inviting staff. Always pleased when I visit the branch for my employer. So pleased that I just opened an account with them myself! Highly recommend this branch, can’t speak for the others but if they follow the same standards as this branch I’m sure it will be great!

  Came in early to get a debit card reissued. Was told out of stock. Out of stock???? How do you not have debit cards? Is this a bank? Tried two other brances downtown and they didn't open until after I had to get to work. Ridiculous.

  Hi Neal! We don't want you to feel that way! We checked with this branch and they did indeed receive more debit cards this morning. We know that it is a hassle to have to come back into the branch.   I have been with them when they were First Tennessee and have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

  Going to go in the morning and open up a account and there are very friendly and helpful and the person got me interest in to open a account and she is very friendly
