  We have worked with Deanne Bailey, at First Federal Bank for many years. A few loans later I can tell you we have never been disappointed. There are a lot of choices of lenders in the Magic Valley, and when you find one that works as hard as 1st Fed, you become a customer for life.

  First Fed is a fantastic bank! I just closed on my second home with Deanne Bailey as my Mortgage Loan Officer. She's also been the one who has helped me with my previous mortgage loan, car loan, personal loan, and random questions. I couldn't have asked for anyone better, and she's the one I hope to work with on any and all future transactions. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled, and her work ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. I know I don't have to stress about anything when Deanne and First Fed are on the other end. I'm grateful to have them in our community and the work they do to genuinely serve people. P.S. They were ready to close on my loan two weeks before our scheduled closing date.... just AMAZING!

  The process for the loan was quick and easy. It was nice to work with someone I could trust . Deanne has worked with some to purchase a home, a vehicle, and now this loan each time I finished feeling safe and pleased, which I normally do not when dealing with other institutions. Highly recommend

  Working with Deanne Bailey was the easiest loan/refinance process we have ever gone through. Her communication and organization were top notch. I know the most frustrating part of working with a bank is not being updated on the progress. First Federal sets you up with your own timeline to be able to watch online when documents are being reviewed so you know what is going on. Deanne was also readily available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend her for any of your mortgage/loan needs!
