Have been banking with First Federal for over 35 years. Great customer service. Very proactive in notifying whenever there is any kind of suspected problems. Always greeted and thanked at both the Strongsville and Brunswick branches. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

There used to be a bank called "Toledo Trust". Their slogan was "Large enough to serve you, small enough to know you". I think that would be an appropriate slogan for FFL. When we go in to do our banking, they always greet us with our names. It makes us feel that we are among friends.
