  Great service that is ready to work at your pace to get you into a new home. Alec Conrad was my loan manager and was professional from the very beginning. He asked me the important questions about mortgage payments, time line, and pace I was comfortable with getting things done. I began working with Alec on a Tues, got documents in by Friday, and had preapproval letter by Sunday, which we put in an offer that same Sunday for our current new home. This was one of the smoothest process buying a home. Alec was full of knowledge for the Charlotte, NC. market and definitely will get you over the finished line for a purchase. He kept the lines of communication open with us and did not mind retelling everything to my wife, the decision maker. I am going to be sending Rapid Mortgage all my friends who are in the market for a new home.

  Alec got handed a loan that needed to be rescued from a loan company who had told a couple they could buy a house, but then at the last minute said they could not do the loan. Alec and Rapid stepped in, got them qualified and setup, and worked after hours and through weekends, overcame some hard obstacles very quickly, and got them setup in their house. I'd use Alec anytime for a loan and would recommend him anytime.
