      I would NEVER use this bank! The Manager (in the office that is on the right as soon as you walk in) is the Rudest and MOST Unprofessional person I have ever seen. Even talking about other customers loans not being approved loud enough for EVERY one to hear!

      Strongsville Branch is horrible everyone there is clueless of how to do anything properly, trust me going to the Independence Branch is worth the drive or phone call if you want your transactions to be done right the first time.

      I needed a document notarized and called first to see if they could perform this service for me. An extremely helpful woman on phone scheduled an appointment for me to come in as soon as I could get there. Arrived 15 minutes later, walked right in and was greeted by two wonderful employees. One took my document, notarized it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Awesome service each time I walk into the Strongsville location. When leaving everyone wished me good health and told me to stay safe! Thank you everyone!!!
