      PATHETICALLY INCOMPETENT. The reviews here say it all. Trust the advice they give and RUN RUN RUN like the wind. This bank branch is an abomination and an abject failure. They don't fulfill the claims that they make and then they claim ignorance when questioned. Extremely untrustworthy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      If you have an account here close it and go somewhere else, rude employees never open on time always something wrong with the systems and they love stealing your money, don’t come here these ratings say it all. I wish I could leave a negative star review

      ATM is always broken. And when it is working and I need to make a deposit it will take some bills but not all. It's never an easy transaction at this location.

      I met with Irene Chasen today the Branch Manager at US Bank in Strongsville and found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Irene was awesome to work with and would highly recommend her for your banking needs!

      US Bank took all my money during the pandemic. They took fees every month till it was gone. I didn't want to go in there because of the pandemic. I HATE US BANK!

      Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!! had to make a wire transfer that can only be done by a bank manager. i called ahead to tell them i will be there at 12 and when i got there the manager already took her lunch across the street and she said she'd wait for me, made me wait 40 minutes to do a 10 minute transfer. Jamie Ball provided terrible customer service and also was going to transfer more money that was initial required and told to her and she wrote it down! never again.

      Worst bank ever!!!! All i want to do is deposit money into my sisters acc to help her out and i got told no cause i didnt have her acc number. Id never use us bank for anything!!!

      The ATM is usually broken and when it does work it gives you singles instead of 20's. On top of that when you go inside the tellers are disorganized and negligent. The last time I went in there three tellers were messing with the broken printer while a line started to form. I was second in line and waited twenty minutes before I gave up and went to the one in heinens.
