  Don't EVER get an account with them, a year ago things were fine, then they did away with their old checking account plans. Without signature, they put me on this new plan, and I lost literally all the perks. I used to get ATM refunds at ALL ATMs now on top of not getting the refund I get charged $2 on top of the $3 ATM fee if I use an ATM other than theirs. THERE IS ONLY 3 LOCATIONS!!!!! They hired a bunch of new people that are extremely slow. The mobile app is now gone downhill, seems like every time I get on it they're doing maintenance. OH and that's another thing, there's all of the sudden $3 maintenance fees they slipped in on me 3 times a month. Before all of this I never complained No fees, no nothing, they were literally giving me my money back from the ATM fees. WORST BANK IN KC

  Don’t bank here if you actually tend to use the money in the account. You know that awesome moment when the girl at the store says your cards declined when you are well aware you have money? Or when you need a ride home, and can’t put your card into Uber. “We’ll everything looks good on our end your account is fine, have you tried calling them?” Yes. Yes I did actually I do every time calling you is last resort becuase I know your just going to tell me that.

  I had been a member for 15 years. Had a company try and pull payment out of a wrong account three times and they refused to refund the third overdraft fee because they “typically only refund 2 in a year”. It costs them $0 for an overdraft internally. Account closed.

  if i could give 0 stars, i would. worst bank i’ve ever had to deal with. do not bank here. they will charge you overdraft fees for unauthorized charges and not refund them. credit unions for the win.

  I love this bank. They cash my checks where as I can't get cash back until the check clears overnight at my other bank

  Love this bank, every time I have a question or a problem their always there for me. Their kinda like mom's looking out for you. But most definitely best bank out there.

  Amazing service, helpful and friendly. Kourtney/Courtney was amazing and we love working with her. Would most definitely recommend this banking Institute.

TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A DIFFERENT BANK THAT WILL HELP YOU, NOT STEAL YOUR MONEY BY CHARGING YOU 17 OVERDRAFT CHARGES. I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME ABOUT FIRST FEDERAL BANK'S HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BLATANT CUSTOMER USERY. 17 NSF @ $35.00 each!!!! $595.00 I CAN UNDERSTAND CHARGING ME SOMETHING, BUT ALMOST 600 FREAKIN BUCKS??? THANKS FIRST FEDERAL BANK. IF I CAN STOP ONE PERSON FROM BECOMING A CUSTOMER OF YOURS GREAT!
