  First off Chris the salesman I dealt with was excellent work with me well and did not push me into any particular vehicle. After I drove off the lot for approximately two weeks and was some issues with fuel consumption in which the dealership took care of along with an ignition issue. But on a bad note when twice I was told they would work something out with me on the sales tax because I was not aware of having to pay the sales tax as being new to the state oh, it wasn't brought to my attention until after the paperwork was done. After being told twice I was later told that my income wasn't enough for them to help me out with this house tax. Even though I can more than capable of making that payment back. So if anything like that is ever said to you get it in writing. Because when you're told twice that they would help you out and take care of you and then when you go in at 2 actually do it you get denied. Kind of disappointing. If all it fell through I would have give a 5-star rating and this rating would not be there at all. I felt like I was just told things to make me feel better about the sales tax but once I hit the 30-day Mark in the vehicle the agreement was not honored. This may very well be my last vehicle I get from them, and won't refer anybody else to this company. They were one of the best I've ever dealt with until this sales tax thing came up. So if you're ever told or promised anything make sure you get it ibmn writting otherwards they just won't stand by it

  I loved the fact that Chris helped me out. I have one of the bad jobs (Taco Bell) and he knew it and helped me get a car that runs great. Cars are clean, don't smell bad and has GREAT mileage. I will go back for another car. I really recommend them. They will help you if you need it. They are jokesters too lol.

  So! I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Rio from Drive Now Auto Credit in North KC. This is by far the best car dealership I have ever been to! The entire team is extremely genuine with everything they do! I felt a warm welcoming/family vibe my entire visit. "Big mike", and "Little mike" are awesome! LOL Just as well as both Marys! I LOOVVEEEEE MY NEW CAR! Make sure you guys stop by for your new ride! You will not be disappointed! :)

  The best place to go for your new reliable car. The staff there are the best, friendly caring and make sure you get the vehicle you want! Rather good credit or bad you will have a decent car! I can say I am glad to be apart of the family now.

  They are great poeple to do business with great personalities and very friendly. Have great vehicles they go out of there way to take car of you. I would and will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Love everyone of them. They treat you with respect . A GREAT PLACE!!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!

  Bought my second car from drive now...love this place. The staff is friendly and easy to work with and they will work with after the sale if you have any issues. Can't say enough about Drive Now...Love it!

  I have a 2002 Suzuki and I was able to do a 30 day payment plan on my down payment. I made them aware of my sunroof not working before I completed my payment plan. As I began to pull the car off the lot, my sunroof still didn't work properly. So which means no one cared enough to make sure the features of why I was interested in the car worked. So now I am stuck in the middle of winter with my sunroof half open. And the only way for me to have it fixed with an incomvience to my time. I was told that I have to wait around the 4 and 5 hours it takes for repair because I don't have any other alternative for a vehicle. So Yes they are great about taking your money and getting through paperwork as well as the people being nice. But they aren't the ones who feel cheated because I'm still making payments until I find the time to sit at their shop for hours for the repair.....with two smal toddler in their shop lobby. And a loaner car isn't an option because I don't have engine trouble. Go figure! I'm disappointed in my purchase. Secondly the heating unit goes cold when the car stops. I told the about this supposedly when I took it to the shop for this, they fixed it but, yet as soon as I drive a way, the next day, still heating issues, with a half open sunroof.

  Walked in worried we would not get anywhere. They got us in a car and on our way home in under 4 hours. It was a super friendly environment and we'll be using them from here on. Thanks Big Mike and Mary 1 and 2 for all your hard work!!
