      When it says you close at 5pm but really you close at 4. Not just the lobby either. How is anyone who works until 4 supposed to get anything done if I can't even drive thru and speak to a teller? Atm does me no good if I'm at 4 and get to your bank by 4:15 and there's no one to help me set up and account or cash a check. I work 5 mins from this location, yall closed up long before I got here. Pretty obvious when I'm not the only way trying to speak to a teller either

      Will never use Bank of America again. Come in to deposit a check,they put a 7 day hold on my deposit after I left saying it's " fraudulent". It's a payroll check !!!! My job can't understand why they did it either. You work hard for you money. I will be closing my account with BofA as soon as my deposit clears. This place is a joke. They try to get on Google to try to save face, but bank of America is one of worst banks I've ever delt with. Will never bank with them again. Mazuma is a way better bank.

      Called ahead to make sure they could deposit a six figure check, upon arrival, they would not do so. Manager "too busy" to speak with me upon request.

      Negative stars. BOA wants to be an online only bank but get away with not paying their customers the higher online only bank rates. Lame

      I arrived at the bank at least 30 minutes before close regarding an issue in which I have invested a lot of time in. While working with the tellers, which offered no help to me, I was able to figure out the solution on my own. Because it was a minute after closing they kicked me out instead of taking the additional few minutes to resolve my matter. They told me to come back tomorrow which will be my 3rd time in two days. This has been the biggest customer hindrance I have ever faced working with a business.

      Ben Duvall (manager) at this location needs to be terminated immediately. Complete lack of customer service and inability to perform his job. Would love to talk with someone in management about him. STEER CLEAR. Jaqueline (teller) was very polite through the whole experience despite not being able to help I do not have a Twitter or Facebook, if there is an alternate way (email, phone) I would love to discuss Ben’s inadequacies. I’m literally not able to access one of my bank accounts at this location and have to drive elsewhere to find a manager that can read.

      Came in yesterday, Only one person in front of me but it took 25 minutes. As I waited the line grew all the way out of the bank. At least 3-4 employees in the back laughing and talking, no one cared to help. When it’s finally my turn, I’m met with a rude teller, who’s voice is not clear or loud enough behind the mask. Barley mumbling the words and throwing the receipt. Also not taking walk in appointments even though the bankers are free and just socializing. Didn’t think There was a worst branch than the one on Blue Ridge Blvd. but I found it. seems like Bank of America stopped caring.

      I have had an account here for several years. The lobby is typically a slow process but today was exceptionally slow. Two tellers working over lunch , One of the two tellers had a shift change. Meaning they had to stop count the drawer and close out which meant there was only one teller working until the new one started. The only teller had an older couple that was clearly struggling with whatever transaction they were trying to complete. Several of us waited in line for 20 minutes for a withdrawal that was larger than the ATM would allow so I had to use the teller I like Bank of America‘s network of branches across the US but this North Kansas City branch really struggles on teller service

      I usually get good service at this location. Today there were 6 people in line ahead of me. After a few minutes, a lady asked what I needed today, and after telling her just a deposit, she had me go to a desk where another lady, who was very friendly and helpful, took care of the deposit. .
