  I had a wonderful experience opening a new business account. Which was much needed after a not very pleasant experience with another large bank. I am so glad I took a chance and called First Federal from the advertisement they sent to me. They were very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns even willing to find the answers if they didn't know them. Thank you for showing me you wanted our business and reminding me good customer service does still exist.

  We moved to PCB and started a new business, Penthouse Vibes, LLC. We needed a business money market account and was ready to also change our checking account over to a new bank. USAA doesn’t have branches and we wanted that hometown feel of seeing people and going inside a building where people may personally assist us, in all our banking needs. We literally went to 5 banks and called 15 locally here. We decided on First Federal because a real person named Amy answered the phone. She was so kind and informative. We were at a credit union at the time of our call trying to decide there. Here’s one big problem for business accounts; they outsource to other locations in cities and states. You have to set up the business account online, scan and send documents and never get a true personal experience. Not at all at First Federal in Panama City Beach! Our account was opened by Asst VP Heather Hate. We were warmly welcomed by VP Priscilla Hagler. Later we met Area Sales Manager Hunter Palmer. What a positive experience there during our meeting with him too. He carries a wealth of banking and real estate KSA, and experience. We have never been more pleased. Although we are their customer, it feels as if we are part of their team. We look forward to personally meeting everyone at that branch. Our small business has a great outlook to grow, having First Federal backing our needs.

  So why do you pick one Bank over another Bank? After all aren't all Banks the same? People!! That's how we pick because we know with good people comes good customer service. I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service we get with FFB and Heather Hate! Everyone at the branch is great, but Heather is our normal goto. If you are looking for a customer first Bank give them a call.

  By far the best bank I have ever had business with. Their team is always so friendly and my transactions are handled quickly. I use their products for both my business & personal accounts and love that everything is linked. Makes conducting business so easy.

  I could not be happier with the 5 star service from First Federal Bank for my business banking. After years of banking with a large, national bank, I switched to FFB, and I am so glad I did. The staff actually VALUES your business and realize there are many financial institutions from which to choose, so they go above and beyond for their customers. Anytime I've had an issue, I always get a call back same day. Everyone is very super friendly, polite, and professional. I really like the ability to deposit checks right from my desktop, completely different than mobile deposit. I highly recommend small business owners look into it. Special shout out to Lyndsey Blanks and Heather Hate at the PCB branch for stellar customer service.
